Things I need to work on:
1. Drinking enough water.
2. Doing my nighttime massage routine.
3. Being mindful of my posture so my breasts stay high on my chest wall. I was looking at the female rowers in the Olympics, and I realized because of the way they have to sit while they row, some of them seemed like they had breasts that sit lower than they should for their age. Have to be mindful of that.
4. Eating a bit more at lunch.
My breasts haven't changed much over the past month. I'm hoping my luteal swelling will be better than it was last month.
I might see the boy tomorrow. I've been feeling a bit more confident lately, so hopefully I'll be able to talk to him.
