I can feel myself coming out of my "starve and overexercise" mode. I'm scared of starting to lose weight in my face. I have round, youthful-looking cheeks that I never want to lose, and I regularly get scared when I restrict my eating that I'll permanently lose the fat there. It's impossible to gain it back once you lose it. Loss of volume in your face is one of the main things that makes you look older. I don't need to be helping that process along.
Some dietary changes I need to make in light of research I've been doing lately:
1. Red meat at least once a week.
2. Tuna once a week.
3. Full fat yogurt every day.
4. Continue with eating an avocado every day that I can.
5. Raw leafy greens every single day for thyroid.
6. Eat more eggs.
7. Make sure to eat trail mix and peanut butter more regularly.
My breasts seem really small right now, but I kind of like it. I like how "slinky" my body looks right now. I feel like I move much more effortlessly and gracefully.
Still... I really want bigger breasts. Need to stay on top of my massages.
