Are you afraid you might loose some weight on boobies? I eat four times a day. Pity help me when I get rid of sibo cause all my eating will catch up with me lol
Yes, I'm definitely afraid of that! I'll try to eat plenty of fatty stuff to make up for not eating as much in the hopes that it will keep my breasts full. Ultimately, though, I'd rather have a tiny waist and flat stomach than big breasts.
Four times a day is good. I used to eat four times a day, too.
I know how you feel BB~ I worry about that too lol (losing weight and losing boobies ) those types of fats are good to keep the boobies full though.. have you even considered waist trainers?
