Measured my waist today. It's gotten even smaller. Thank God. I'm addicted to shrinking my waist now. I want a super small waist.
I've known of this exercise for a long time, but I think I should take it seriously and start doing it every day:

Plus, what really got me excited was someone said it also burned the muscle they had in their thighs. Muscle is a problem of mine, so that comment convinced me to try this.

My breasts look good. I love how "forward" they are, and their perky shape. I'm expecting luteal swelling any day now. I think I'm going to need to order a new black bra soon, though. My current one is worn out and misshapen. I don't want to spend the money, though. I don't feel like I deserve any new bras yet. I need to meet bigger goals with my NBE first.
Had some problems with nutrition this week. Visiting my family last week and eating whatever has really thrown me off big time and now I'm afraid to eat much. Gotta get refocused and pull myself together. I have to eat enough! I'm feeding growing breasts! They're hungry!
