Breakfast - A banana, a green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - A big ol' large ol' slice of watermelon, two pieces of oven cheese pizza, Mint Medley tea
Dinner - A Mediterranean chicken dish, a baked potato with margarine and sour cream, strawberry and spinach salad, Mint Medley tea
Supplements - Multivitamin, MSM
Trying so hard to shrink my waist now. I don't have a goal measurement, I just want it to get as small as possible.
Pretty sure I'm ovulating, so that means luteal swelling soon! Yay!
