Today's intake:
72 ounces of water
Lunch - Baked French onion soup, a piece of bread, chicken and broccoli quiche, a muffin with butter, raspberry iced tea
Dinner - A salmon burger, mixed vegetables, hot Mint Medley tea
My waist is back to normal, I think. I don't know what my measurement was before I went away as I try not to measure because I become obsessive and that's a fast track back to my disordered eating, but I've lost another half an inch.
Now I can feel myself starting to obsess over my waist, though. I'm trying not to, but I can't help it. I keep thinking about it.
I've gained an inch in my behind. Ugh!
Tomorrow I'll go to the grocery store, I think. I'll get avocados, more dark chocolate, and some sesame seeds. And I need to make more hummus tomorrow.
