ok, imagine this.
your body needs 6 hours sleep. you fall asleep about 1am, wake up at 6am, then go "I need another hour" so fall asleep again, wake up at 10am, feel ridiculously tired because you slept too much so you fall asleep again until mid-day because your body works in 6 hour cycles. that is me every single day. If i sleep more than 6 hours, I sleep for 12, no matter how much I try to get out of the bed, i honestly cannot
