Today's intake:
80 ounces of water
Breakfast - Green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Orange chicken with noodles and veggies, chicken quesadilla with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, plain yogurt, 2 pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate, hot green tea
A few spoonfuls of hummus
Dinner - Baked potato with margarine, pepper, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa
I took a multivitamin, vitamin C, cod liver oil, and folic acid.
I finally made hummus. Tahini is so interesting. It smells like peanut butter and looks like a runnier version of it, too. Anyway, making the hummus wasn't hard at all. I wonder if I'm really saving money over the long haul making it as opposed to buying it premade, though. I'd say making it results in double the amount that comes in the containers at the grocery store, so maybe.
Nothing new with my breasts. They're always the smallest at this point in my cycle (follicular phase), so they look a little sad. Probably fuller than when I started, though.
