92 ounces of water
Breakfast - Banana, green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Two pieces of wheat toast with avocado, feta cheese, pepper, and cucumber on top, hot green tea
Dinner - Orange chicken with noodles and veggies, one vegetable eggroll, one chicken and vegetable eggroll, hot green tea
Dessert - Two pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate
I took two hair, skin, and nails supplements, vitamin c, a probiotic, and cod liver oil.
I sort of forgot to make hummus today, oops. I'll force myself to do it tomorrow.
