You're lucky that it doesn't leave you tired! Not only does it leave me tired, but if I miss a night I start making little mistakes and I get really depressed, like weeping-and-hating-myself depressed (I get like that regularly anyway, but that's another discussion. My point is it pops up more frequently if I don't sleep at night). Even when I do manage to get to sleep, I wake up tired. So I know my sleep isn't quality sleep. I hope the glycine can help.
