Today's intake:
106 ounces of water
A banana, oatmeal with walnut pieces, a green smoothie, and a soft-boiled egg for breakfast
Trail mix and water for lunch
Avocado smoothie with protein powder, three pieces of oven cheese pizza, salad, and hot green tea for dinner
I also took two BB Skin supplements.
I get paid in a few days, and I need to make an Amazon order because I'm about to run out of my vitamin C serum. So I'll take the opportunity to order a supplement. I haven't settled on something for sure yet, but I'm prepping my Amazon cart now.
I need to get better sleep. I've never been a good sleeper. I have trouble falling asleep, I have trouble staying asleep, I wake up earlier than I want to, and I'm a light sleeper. I'm also a restless sleeper. I roll around all over the place in my sleep and tear the bed up. Sleeping on my back has helped with staying in one place so far, though. But sleep is important for NBE. Gotta get my booby sleep! I'm considering supplementing with glycine to help with that. Note to self: See if I can get a bottle locally.
