Today's intake:
66 ounces of water
4 pieces of dark chocolate
Two pieces of oven cheese pizza
Hot tea
Chicken breast with mayo, parmesan cheese, and seasonings topping
Fettuccine alfredo
Peas
Avocado with olive oil
I was fasting for religious purposes today, so not much of an intake. I didn't feel like making my smoothie, hence the avocado with just olive oil. Took a multivitamin and probiotic.
Feeling things in my breasts. They're definitely responding to all of this.
I want to add regular consumption of hummus to my intake. I'm pretty sure chickpeas are helpful for NBE. Hummus is just plain delicious, too.
