I am 100% for simple means....I've been able to successfully incorporate HIIT (which in turn, brings more sleep) into my routine for the past 9 months. I've been able to lose weight (much needed after the weight I've gained from herbs) without losing any breast mass. In fact, I've seen increases in the last several months. At first I was afraid I would lose some of my gain....you hear everyone say that "if you lose weight, you're going to lose some boob mass because"..... But I've been fortunate and can only assume that the HIIT workouts have increased my HGH levels sufficiently to maintain and increase what I have, along with the herbs I have continued with.
