How to Develop a Program?

#1

Hi.
I admit to being a boob-noob when it comes to NBE, so I would like as much help as possible.
How do i decide which methods to attempt?
Is it possible to combine too many methods? Or do too much?
I really don't have much in the way of money, so anything expensive is out of the question. Massage suits me here because it's free Smile
I notice a lot of people on here are smaller than me, can I still expect results using similar methods?
I'm also looking to lose weight so anything that may lead to weight gain (outside of the breasts) won't be helpful.
Any suggestions would be great!

I would say you are a prime candidate. The women who have the hardest time are skinny with no fat. You should massage and pump (I believe pumping every day is not best but several hours for 2 or 3 days and just massage for the rest of the week). Massage with an oil like flaxseed oil. Massage only has to be for 5 to 10 minutes 2 to 4 times a day. Do not expect gains while loosing weight, but do expect to maintain size, after you have achieved your desired weight, continue on to grow your breasts. Good luck Smile

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely look into flaxseed oil.

Not sure if you should start with the XXL or just XLarge, but based on your 38F you are already huge, anything smaller would be too small. It would be easier to start with the XL but I suspect you would quickly outgrow it and have to move up to the extra-extra-large. Since money is an issue starting with the XXL is better even if it is more of a struggle starting with the larger size. To get started, use only one cup and alternate sides every 15 minutes. With the XLarge you probably would be able to use both cups in a day or two, but with the XXLs it could take 2 to 4 weeks before being able to pump with both on. When using both domes, still stop every 15 minutes for a quick massage before continuing.

Lubricate your boobs with oil and drink lots of water while pumping.

If you do have difficulty with just one cup, then you can add padding:

Look at the very last page for my variant.

thanks so much for the links! As soon as I can save up £60 I shall get one. For now I will massage and look into oils.
Hopefully i will have a job before too long and I'll be able to spend on this sort of thing!

For a size reference, look at Summer: http://www.noogleberry.com/forum/index.p...l#msg51155

You will have to create an account and sign in to see the pictures. She is using a single XXL (alternating sides) and includes a pic showing how much of the dome is filled (more than 3/4).

Those who are already large have the easiest time growing since they tend to have high sensitivity to their hormones. Their hormone levels tend to be normal, not high as you might think. I don't think you'll have much trouble going up 5 cups, though losing weight at the same time might be harder.

Try this on a budget:
1/8 tsp pueraria mirifica powder during the first half of your menstrual cycle, 1/16 tsp during the 2nd half.
2 tbsp. fenugreek seeds, soaked in water overnight. Drain, rinse and snack on. Later increase to 1/4 cup.
500 mg vitex or 1/4 tsp vitex powder
2 cups spearmint tea each made from 5g dry spearmint (about 2 teaspoons), for a total of 10g per day. You may also grow spearmint and use 15-30g fresh leaves per teacup. It grows like a weed.

Massage with a flax oil.

I have selected some of the methods with the most bang for the buck. You may combine as many methods as you want. It is possible to use too much pueraria mirifica or hops leading to worse results, monthly problems and weight gain. Thus I erred on the low side with PM. It is possible to injure yourself from excessive pumping. It is possible for red clover or flax seeds (but not flax oil) to interfere with pueraria mirifica or hops. There are other possible issues but I think they are unlikely for you since like I said starting large gives you an advantage.

For weight loss try lots of cardio.

I'm also hoping to fix the asymmetry of my breasts. I'm not sure how much bigger my right is, maybe about 1/2 a cup or a bit more.
Any tips?

I know money is an issue for you, but consider saving up for this:

By all reports, it really works.
