so i started NBE last year i wasn’t consistent and i had a hectic schedule so i kinda just for got about it. so here are photos one of last year and one of boobs today. i want to start it a gain and be more constant. i’ve started taking fenugreek and fennel seeds herbs orally. ill add more or less depending on how my body responds to it. and I’m doing the female deer massage with pm cream.
