Speaking of hypnosis, I was looking on YouTube the other day, on the advice of one of the other members here. There are almost as many hypnosis videos as there are desires.

From weight loss to nose shapers to eye color changes and more. A lot of them also use binaural as well as subliminal. Binaural is a certain frequency tone that affects certain parts of the body. In example: I chose one by Mental aids to shrink foot size. ( I do have a relatively small foot compared to most men, but I wanted them smaller). So I saved this particular binaural to a private playlist. I set it to loop, layed back with headphones on as recommended and listened in my darkened room with my eyes closed. As the video began to play, the subliminal was going I assume even though i didn't hear them. I did hear the binaural beat. So what? Well...my feet began to tingle. Much like when your leg or foot or any other parts of your body ' falls asleep' from lack of circulation. Are my feet smaller? Well, not yet. But I will take the tingling as a sign that my body is aware that it is being spoken to, and may just do as told.

The proof will be when I have to buy smaller shoes :p
