I need a bit of help and advice in designed my breast growth program.
A bit about me
Age: 28
Height: 5"6
Weight: 50kg
Cup size: Full A/Small B
Cup size Goal: Full D
I also smoke (trying to quit soon!), I dont drink or take drugs. I eat a vegetarian diet. I have depression and anxiety and take an anti-depressant for this.
I cant afford a hormone test, and I have no idea whether Im estrogen dominant. I have symptoms of both low and high estrogen and progesterone.
I am currently taking Yasmin b/c pill daily, this is my first month taking it.
I have: Spironolactone (anti-androgen), Pregnenolone, Conjugated estrogen cream, Progesterone cream and l-arginine powder.
Basically, how should I use these products to achieve my goal cup size?
Is there any essential information I need to know? What should my program look like?
