Heating pad

#1

I've been massaging with just olive oil to increase circulation. Can applying a heating pad to breasts also increase circulation? Is that safe or beneficial to NBE? Also, I'm wondering if it could work on my butt as well lol

Hi Daisy!
According to the book, anything that warms up the breasts helps circulation. Laying in the sun is good, hot shower, sauna, blow drier etc so I guess heating pad would work too.
The idea is to increase circulation bring the blood vessels closer to the surface and to help absorb and distribute the herbs being massaged in.
Some of the 'grow your boobies magic formulas' recommend heating your breasts with a blow drier to get the blood flowing before you massage their stuff in.
I just bought some Ayurvedic massage and body warming oil, as a starter for massaging fenugreek. Its too soon to tell if its helping but the oil is very nice and as a plus it has oil of sesame, jojoba, lemon grass, and it does a nice job of warming things up, not not but a nice warm.

Alot of sites like LaLeche League and websites for induced lactation recommend heating pad/ hot shower before pumping or breastfeeding. So yes, a heating pad is beneficial for NBE.

Oh ok that makes sense. I want to get some new oils and stuff to use for massaging. Do you know if just the heat alone will help with growth or do I need to apply herbs topically as well?

Ok well that's a good sign lol. I do notice swelling when I use the heating pad & I was wondering if I do it consistently if it will become permanent.

Daisy,
Thats a good question, but I think if just the heating pad and massage would grow your breasts, there would be a world wide shortage of heating pads and a lot of herbal companies having going out of business sales. :-).

Heating your breasts will open the pores in your skin, making it easier to absorb anything put on it topically , providing the molecules are small enough to pass through the skin, such as ionized iodine, for instance.
