So last month I had the Merina IUD inserted as my form of birth control. I really want to take PM but I can't find any info on if it is safe on a non oral birth control. In the past I had lots of success on Furnugreek but I haven't taken anything since starting birth control. I also do Flax-seed oil messages sometimes. Does anyone know if it is safe or what is safe to take while you have an hormonal (progesterone only) IUD. Please help. Thank you.
