Hello I was wondering if you all could recommend any massage oils you've used and the names of them. Also is it best to get refined oils or unrefined for massage? I'm thinking about either trying flaxseed oil, sesame seed oil, or fenugreek oil.

I am using olive oil for breast massage
Almond oil is also good

I have the same question about refined or unrefined oils for massage, if anyone has an opinion on that.

Ideally go for unrefined oils as they are closer to their natural state and are the most potent in terms of active compounds. But if smell bothers you then you can choose a refined oil instead, as they have much milder scents. I don't think it's too important.
