That looks very tasty. I like salad s so if I can pair it with potatoes or kumara it should fill me up. I need to have non gas forming foods at the moment with my gut issues. If I produce too much gas it presses on my stomach and causes sharp pain. Hopefully I haven't developed an ulcer . I have some gut healing supplement I am taking however.
