Hannah, I eat mainly fruits, veggies, rice, potatoes, quinoa, beans, lentils, sprouts, nuts and seeds, so basically only wholefoods, nothing processed except mustard and tomato sauce. No milkpowder, no sauces with eggs. And no it's really not difficult.
