Okay its time for a big cleanse. I have been having diarrhea(SORRY) for the past 2 weeks on and off, terrible stomach pains and that in combination with another butt-problem..hemorrhoids(which i have since giving birth) I feel terrible..and growse. Especially bc this makes me think of going to the hospital for a hemorhoid-operation.....and im so scared of doctors..anybody have ''calming'' experiences with this for me?
I also want to change my program and make a big investment in every supplement I might need...I was thinking of aguaje but I cant buy it here
Further I wanted to add seabuckthorn...god knows how this could help me..I read it contains lots of VIT-E and VIT-A...but do I need this when I already eat healthy foods week in week out...
Then I wanted to add ginko biloba bc I had it before(never took it bc my dogs ate it, and ruined my white carpet with fluor yellow pee) It might help my circulation problems, its very cold over here and thats working against me...it slows my growth bc they shrivel from the cold.
I also wanted to make me diet even healthier.. I already included these foods a long time ago...
Fruits+Veggies: oranges,lemons,apples,grapes,passionfruit,kiwi's,banana's,avocado's salads,cucumber, tomatoes and pepper bells,black eyed peas, cauliflower,olives,garlic,red onion and normal onion,potatoes,brussel sprouts.
Seeds:
Cashews and sunflowerseeds in less amount.
Meat/fish:
White fish,salmon,tuna.
Cow meat and chicken.
Im going to add some other foods:
Beets
Carrots
Brocolli
Spinach
Radish
Mais
Kale
Prunes
Watermelon
Sesameseeds if I can get them
Pistache nuts
goji berries
thyme&oregano
black tea just as replacement for again soda..

and i knew a nice salad recipe which includes raisins and leek,
And I should add krill oil. that was it
