Thanks hun<3 I'm very happy with my gainings though its very little in comparison to my end goal. I saw your pics btw and you look GREAT!! Can you tell me what you eat on one day as example for me? I follow a very healthy diet and read you dont.. maybe I should follow your diet for a while I can use some extra curves!
Pc is treating me quite alright..though it fooled my body previous cycle since it lenghthened my cycle with 14 DAYS!!!!! So me thought I was pregnant after 38 days no menstruation where as I normally get it every 24-28 days..
That made me think of using pc earlier in my cycle instead of only luteal.
So I'll have to wait out the outcome this round while using it from day 7 to day ...? ?
Do you still cycle it? without getting messed up?

wow o_O 14 days! that is intense.. did you just start it? your body could just be getting used to it.. last month I thought I was preggo too, my period was 7 days late :O I think it might have been PC but it didnt happen this month.. so i'm not sure if its from PC..
I did the same thing, I used to a bit earlier and I used a bit more, I think that is why this month my boobs were huge! give it a try, see how it works for you-- don't do it too early though, you still want it to follow your cycle. I still cycle my PC.. but it makes my boobies so nice I was wondering it if it would be good to use all month haha but ella said that wouldnt be a good idea because it would mess up my cycle. I think she is right, but idk what to do :/ I need/want more progestrone! lol
I'm almost tempted to try a teeny bit again, the shortness of breath thing during the night happens randomly, I cant really attribute it to pc where I thought that was the culprit.
I WONDER though what would pc cream do if you are already low in ESTROGEN? Would it push it further down or more raise/balance the existing...
