Take a look see at the amount of unsaturated fats in your plan. Safflower oil is the worst thing for NBE, no nutrients and too much tryglecersides. Omega 6's can cause blood vessel constriction (migraines too). And if the thyroid is low, estrogens won't get processed efficiently because of the increased omega 6's. In other words, have a higher omega 3 ratio, it helps to fight off inflammation. CO will help with the free radical's, green tea too.
