Hey I fit comfortably into a B36 bra, curious what size domes i should buy to start with. Been using a cheap no name pump I got off e-bay for several weeks and I fill the small domes very quickly now

I'm the same size. I bought the meds. Which I've had for about a wk. Already need to buy the large dome. The airlock is very convenient. To go without the tube & pump. So I would go with at least the lg airlock or even extra large...
