Hello everyone. I'm 21 years old, turning 22 in may. I had a kid two years ago. Since my breast swelled with milk they have felt sort of empty. Not as in I miss the milk or anything... it's just that the skin stretched so much that when you feel them... they feel 50% empty.

My goal is to change that and make them feel plump and full again. Maybe even find a way them perk back up a bit?

Glad to be here. Good luck everyone!

Hi Ausha and welcome!

You're lucky that you've already experienced some growth - you'll likely have no trouble plumping them up! Along with the thread POM listed, check out massage methods. Not only is it effective for growth, but it's really good for the skin, too, and can help significantly with deflated and stretched out skin. Smile

thank you both. i am doing the deer massage properally now along with the rockamelon ring tone.
I've done hypnosis in the past and it seems to be working best for me. yesterday was the first time I've done the hypnosis in years. today i noticed a improvement, they fill 60% full and are not as saggy. so that made me happy.

so I'll continue with the hypnosis!
