Has anyone experienced a burning sensation in the breasts after massage? After about 3-4 weeks of massaging and using Naturaful cream, I started getting burning sensations in my breasts that would only occur while I was asleep, and it would wake me up.
Thanks in advance!

Could it be an ingredient in the Naturaful? Maybe try to massage using another massage medium to see if it's the cream.
I haven't had sensations like that, but it doesn't sound like fun.

Are you massaging too hard ? It shouldn't burn no. Maybe massage lighter and use some other lube. Those creams dry up really quickly when rubbed into the skin and can sometimes make it harder. Maybe finish with a light oil after the other creams rubbed in.

The fact you are asleep however is most likely growing pains?
That's when I'm in luteal they hurt the most and also when breastfeeding you tend to feel pains at night too. Sleeping on your chest will make it worse too.

Hello , I know what happened to me that you mention, and coji so afraid to stop doing the exercises, because especially the right breast was much pain as burning .
So sure is serving massage you , I would leave the cream and follow with massage and some oil like flax or coconut . Luck !!
