Ooh sweets that is so awesome, it is a very expensive procedure over here. May I ask you how much youll have to pay? Over here it is 5000 euro's. Personally I do not have enough fat to do so bc I heard if you have a thin layer of fat then take fat out of there(for example my butt) i would possibly end up with dimples in my butt.
But the girl in the picture looks gorgeous. If you really are that far and getting it done, PLEASE update us bc im interested in the subject way before natural breast enhancement but its a quite new thing and not a lot real woman in my country with reviews. 
Also the risk of fat dying afterwards would be big dissapointment..i also wonder what garantee they can give you..

It is $10650 US dollars. It is expensive but if you check out Dr. Bednar's work it is truly worth it. His patients seem to have good retention, and he has operated on patients skinnier than me! Do you know why asians have better retention btw? The girl in the picture looks a bit like me only i have even less fat then her on my legs. but he did a great job! how long afterwards the picture taken? I can understand it can be terrible to think about growing breasts daily doing routines etc.
