Ok so today two days after my period ended I am starting my fenugreek extract massage for 15 min twice a day I will post every week on my progress but I have to say today I massaged for the first time about an hour ago and my breasts hurt I guess that's a good sign

Im sorry to see you've stopped on this thread. I would recomend you head a small amount of the extract ad use a few different massages in your routine. It might even help to take a shower first as to open your pores. Thick oil on closed pores s just going to act like a glue.
