Keep drinking water, and good protein intake. Pay attention to what your body tells you. If it feels good, then keep it up!

Hi Chen!

I think I'm between A and B, but closer to B now.

They do look a little different, but it's hard to tell because the changes occur so gradually. I have some adhesions from previous surgeries, and that's where I'm starting to see the difference. I believe they're growing width-wise more than projecting out front, which is just fine with me!

Congrats soli! Glad to know about ur growth. This kinda got my hopes up too about growth on BO Smile What r u taking reishi for n what exercise u r doing. I want to start exercising for pectoral muscles like chest presses n weight etc not sure how much weight o should lift for chest muscles though.
How r u taking goats rue is it capsules or extract m how do u take it during luteal or whole cycle?
Sorry if I'm asking too much

Hi Lily!

Reishi is an anti-androgen, which prevents testosterone from turning into DHT. It's also somewhat adaptogenic, so I've read it's just good for a person in general. Search Reishi for a ton of technical and anecdotal information.

I don't exercise my pecs because I have adhesions on the bottoms of my breasts that pull up when I do, and I'm trying to build more underboob than overboob.

I just ordered the goat's rue in liqui-caps, and am planning to take maybe 1/2 the recommended dosage. I'll see how I feel, though. I want the growth to be steady, and also somewhat slow, because I'd rather keep what I gain rather than ballooning up super quick and then kissing it all good bye when I go off the goat's rue. I'm not planning to cycle the goat's rue, I'll take it every day like the BO. Smile

Ask away! HTH!

Updated numbers - 34.75" B, 32." UB, 30.5" W, 40.5" H

I added 1000mg/day MSM in the third week, and will up it to 2000mg/day starting today. I also want to add a small dosage of goat's rue and gauge the progress. My massaging was haphazard at best, so I'll continue whenever I remember. Same goes for Blaketalks, haphazard, but I'd like to get more regular with that, as I definitely feel tingles when I listen to it.

Here's my plan for the next month:

Maca - 500 mg/day total, (1 500 mg cap am)
Swanson's BO - 750 mg/day total, (1 250 mg cap per meal)
MSM - 2000 mg/day total, (1 1000 mg cap am, 1 pm)
PC - tiny dab days 13-26 of my cycle

I also take fermented CLO, green protein drink and Vit C for general health.

Thinking of adding in:
T receptor pathway blocker - SP, or red reishi down the line
Cinnamon extract as an add on to massage medium

I will be ordering goat's rue this week. Any recommendations as to tea vs. tincture vs. capsules?

How do you measure so accurately without prejudice

I order the BO direct from Swanson's website, here: http://www.swansonvitamins.com/swanson-p...mg-60-caps. I am in the US, so the shipping is typically inexpensive and quick. If you are outside the US, I believe some folks order it from Amazon for better shipping deals.

I found out I was somewhat estrogen dominant, so adding a little progesterone cream during my luteal phase helps keep me balanced. I think most folks try to incorporate various constituents to stay/get in balance, and there are other ways to address a progesterone deficiency, like Vitex (chaste berry) and others. I just happened to have the cream, so I'm using that. Smile

My understanding is that BO itself isn't inherently unbalancing, as it addresses the gland as a whole. However, if you start off with an imbalance, it won't really rebalance the system. So adding the PC is my way to keep things relatively even.

Hope that helps!

Just wondering what PC cream you use, where did you get it?

Hi Chen, it's not an exact science, which is why I take photos for comparison too! But when I do measure, I always use the same non-padded bra, and I do it twice, one how I think I did before, one slightly tighter. And I always measure the underbust too, to make sure it's boobs and not back fat. Smile

Hi StubbornFemme!

I used Natural Radiance and I'm pretty sure I got it on Amazon. I dropped it from my regimen, though. I wasn't really using it, and am still getting growth. I may incorporate it again later if I think I need to. Smile

Hi Lily!

Yeah I've heard that too, but everything I've read leads me to the conclusion that those girls grow quickest who have already breast fed or had the boobs then lost them due to weight loss. So, I'm going to see if I can't get a little volume. My approach will be two pronged:

1) Use a lower dosage with my BO for a slower steady growth over a couple months. Basically use it as s receptor sensitizer, to keep my moderate BO dosage effective.

2) Presuming there's progress and no worrisome side effects, after a couple months wean off the goat's rue slowly and massage like a fiend or bump up the BO for a month, something to offset the slowly lowering goat's rue.

So I guess we'll see! My goat's rue is scheduled to arrive today, so I'm excited to get going on this. Smile

I do plan to cleanse, and I'll likely take a few weeks in late July or August to really blow out the cobwebs. But I do drink a green drink daily, and have lemon in my water. And occasionally do a cup of dandelion tea.
