And no results, i've mostly gotten results from Soloray's Female hormone blend
I am also taking: Maca, Milk thistle, Hops, Biotin, Potassium, Bromelain, Fennel, Iron and Omega-3

How'd the S.F.H blend help you? I wanted to use it, but scared that the extra horomones might affect me negatively. Did you feel any negative side affects?
