Losing Weight and Herbs?

Hello everyone,I hope you are all well and enjoyed the Holidays.I have a few questions that I hope someone can answer.I currently am trying to lose weight through diet and exercise.I do cardio 5x a week and do strength training 3x a week,one focusing on light weights and high reps for my upper body and High weight low reps on my lower body.I also am eating healthier and drinking my water but my questions are:

Would it be beneficial for me to take Pumpkin Seed Oil,Hops and White Peony while I lose weight or should I wait until I get under my goal weight and then gain weight back with herbs?

Would the herbs affect my muscle growth or would it gain fat over the muscle?

Has anyone tried to do this and succeeded?Who are they and can you link me to their programs?
Would it be best to just gain weight with herbs first then focus on weight loss?

Is there a way to gain 4-5 inches through herbs? Is it possible through exercise? Can you also please tell me who it is and their program?

Hi WBPS,

PSO for androgens and WP for aromatase sounds OK, and Hops for E correct?. On the goal to elimate the wieght, you want to find a happy balance between NBE, diet and fitness. It's possible as long as you stick to a regiment, adding the right amount of healthy fats, proteins, hydration, etc. and the correct amount of NBE supplements can and should succeed.
