What do you think about white peony for myself ? For me it being able to balance the immune system and reduce inflammatory markers is exactly what I need right now. HOWEVER I also need to be careful with estrogen. When I use this expensive estrogen metabolizing supplement my period is a different experience. 

If not stick to turmeric? And dim / Vitex for the Estrogen metabolizing ?

Hi Ella, great pic...thanks for sharing. WP (white peony) sounds like a great fit. However, one needs about 3 grams for desired results, though individual metabolism may differ, meaning some might only need 1-2 grams. If you can source WP (guaranteed to 10-20%) with no fillers/binders would be desirable. 

Look into Artichoke extract for digestive health, I've been taking it for 2-3 weeks and have had good results. 

I like tumeric for its many benefits, how do you take it?
 
dim possibly, skip the vitex. How much protein are you getting daily?, I think upping your protein might help you. You'll find protein intake range from 0.5 to 0.8 times your body weight gives you daily total protein intake (in grams). I use organic pea protein. I'm not suggesting this for weight control, bit rather the idea comes from increasing daily amino acid uptake...which has many health benefits.
