Swanson B.O.?

#1

I just purchased Swanson BO so I can start at a lower dose and gradually move up if necessary. Has anyone had success with this? Are there any creams or other supplements that would work well with this method?

A year ago I started massages and I made a massage oil out of olive oil, flaxseed oil, and fennel (couldn't find fenugreek locally and didn't want to bother with shipping), and it helped a little bit. I also used the bountiful breasts cream and it seemed to work for a few days and then my body got used to it. I started at a 34B and now, I'm almost a completely full 34C (there's a tiny bit of space, but bras that size fit comfortably). My next goal is 34D, but I'd kind of like to get to a 34DD or 34E.

Hey There,

I'm pretty new to this site. But I'm not really new to natural breast growth. I have a different situation than you, though.

I started as pretty much a 32 AAA, or almost flat. I wasn't completely flat (you could tell I was female, haha), but pretty darned flat. Last year I started to take herbs on and off, some of the Natureday cream, but I wasn't consistent. Around April of this year I became consistent. I'm taking Booty Boost daily, an extra capsule a day. It has all the ingredients in it for breast growth, too, so I think it's hilarious they're trying to market only to people growing their butts, haha. Like how can the two not come together???

Anyway, I'm also taking pueraria mirifica daily. I bought the Ainterol powdered form because it's MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE. I actually dump the contents of each capsule, along with my pueraria powder (measured out for four days) into a mason jar and add boiling water. I make it so that the dosage works out to be 1/2 cup twice per day. It is much more digestible and absorbable.

I also have been more avid with creams, although not with the Natureday or any herbal cream. I didn't want to be massaging parabens into my body. I did plan on making my own herbal cream with the pueraria powder, fenugreek, and beeswax, oil, etc. But I've been lazy. Instead I'm massaging Isosensuals cream into both my butt and my breasts. It just causes fat cells to growth and divide. So I figure why not. Especially because it has made a VERY NOTICEABLE difference in my butt (I've been massaging it into my butt for about twoish months now).

Then to more directly address your question, almost a month ago I purchased bovine ovary. Unfortunately I didn't research well enough and bought a brand that is very inexpensive, but has icky ingredients added. I decided I'd finish the 3 little bottles I bought and then buy Swanson's. It's "Raw Ovarian" by Ultra Enterprises. I might just go and buy Swanson's since I didn't spend much on these anyway.

Anyway, I started off with one pill, at 200 mg, per day for about 4 days, and noticed effects but no bad reactions. So I increased to 400 for a day, and no reaction, but desired effect. I inreased to 600 the next day. Good desired effect and no bad reaction, again. I noticed a soreness in the breasts that is DEFINITELY due to the bovine ovary. Absolutely. It's like the soreness before the period x10, which for me is something I desire. Even if it's uncomfortable, it's how I know things are working. The next day I decided just to bump it up to 1000mg. I've been taking it since, and my goodness, I'm already starting to fill out my every day bras and pop out of a few of them. I have more cleavage to push up and fill out my shirts. My boyfriend is reacting differently to my breasts already, giving them more attention. And he doesn't know that I'm taking anything...

So again, it's been about a month. Once I hit the month mark (in two days) I will increase the dosage again to 1200 mg.

Oh, and stick with Swanson's. The one I got is made from 100% pure and BSE Free Bovine from New Zealand. But it also has weird crap like hydrogenated vegetable oil and croscarmellose sodium and hydroxypropyl blah blah blah. Hydrogenated vegetable oils over time make people fat and reduce their absorption of healthy fats and fatty acids (like Omegas) so.....stay away from that. Smile

Please feel free to ask questions. I'm excited to share my progress consistently. I'll try to add in some before and progress pics.

Also, I should note that last year, with my sporadic herb-taking and some Isosensuals cream off and on (I was really inconsistent because of money and because I'm a really busy grad student...) I moved up to 32A.

I buy my bras from Lula Lu Petites so I know they are well-measured.

Some of my bras that I bought this year (in February, March, and April) have been 32Bs. I had to return my 32As that I bought for the 32Bs because my boobs wouldn't fit into the cups.

Which is AMAZING. Big Grin

And now my boobs are starting to pop out of those 32 Bs. Even some of my 34 As are a bit tight.

I'm so excited I'm so excited I'm so excited.

That's awesome to hear! I can't wait to try it.

I started my period just before I turned 14 and I was a 32AAA (had been for years, and before that was a 32A). I never had breast buds, they were just kinda there, but still tiny. Over a few years I grew to 34B, and recently 34C with a bit of room. I think why the PM cream didn't work is because I'm likely estrogen dominant. I think I don't have enough progesterone. I always had very heavy periods that were so regular I could count down hours, and I rarely had cramps. Now, I've been getting more cramps, lighter periods, and it's almost like my breasts are trying to grow, but they don't.

Is there any way to buy Swanson B.O. in bulk? 60 tabs isn't going to last me long.

I used Swanson bo for a short time like just a month or 2 I grew into a goal bra that was much too loose before so about a cupsize bigger it made them more full and wide I guess because if I only measured I wouldn't have noticed growth I took 4 per day sometimes swapping in some of their multi glandular for women.

I hope and pray someone has the answer for me, I am so frustrated

okay, so I am 47 years old and a 32AA. I took the sawnson BO for 2 months and did not see much of a difference so I bought the Bust Fuel cream with Zhi Mu in it. I saw a little improvement. I switched to a BO brand that Swansons sell and added the pituitary formula as well. I am taking one of each 2 times a day.

So I do not know if I am not taking enough or if I am taking too much because in the past three months my period is out of control. I was very regular before taking BO and now I am having a "slit my wrist" type of bleeding for a week and then for the next three I am spotting here and there. It may go on for two to three days and the stop for three days. I do not know if this is normal or what is going on.

Today, I went and bought my own Zhi mu and mixed it with coconut oil and in another hemp oil and am doing a test to see if either is effective. I am doing CO on one breast and Hemp on the other.

It might be a health issue completely unrelated to your program, you should get it checked out.

Also, even though I'm a 34C and with a bit of room (34B is way too small for me, 36B the straps are too big and it's still too small in the cup), I still have puffy aerolas, but I don't have tuberous breasts. I never had "breast bumps" when I was 10/11, I just had puffy nipples, and then I slowly started growing small breasts.

I'm 18 and I read that b.o. was originally created for teens who didn't develop properly and fully, what do you think?

Libertybell,

I also think this is an issue that is very important for you to adress. Each of us has a unique hormonal pattern, and bovine ovary will fit in differently into each pattern. I think if you're having these kinds of pains and discomforts you might need a to see a specialist. I think Naturopathic Medicine best addresses these issues because Naturopaths have a huge array of medical exams/panels for...most everything, moreso than M.D.s, and much more specified.

I am a student pursuing a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this medicine both bovine ovary and placenta are used for fertility issues and also poor growth/development in children.

BUT, I truly believe that those of us whose sexual development was impaired or hindered in some way, who have the potential to see growth even later, will experience it. At least that's what I hypothesize, according to some people's success.

I know I have the potential because of my family and personal history. I was growing slowly, but normally (I feel). And then I had an eating disorder that really messed up my body, and it lasted from about age 16 to age 22. Still some residual problems up until my current age (25). But I was almost severely underweight. I was also very, very athletic. All these things, I feel, hindered my sexual development.

Now that I am giving my body an estrogenic environment, I am growing. I have all these growing pains...my aerolas are bigger, I noticed yesterday.

I feel like my hips are widening. I've noticed my overall curvature is different. I am still petite. I'm a size 0-2, still athletic/muscular/fit. But my ratio is different. I can tell in the mirror and also by how my clothing fits. Like that I fill out my jeans in the hip/butt area, but my stomach is still the same. And that my breasts are already filling out my bras....

I MUST SAY THOUGH, that I neglected to say in my previous posts that I HAVE been experiencing some side effects, which I did expect:

I am MUCH MORE EMOTIONAL than is typical. I feel more "female". Things make me cry more easily. And i cannot control it. It's actually frustrating.

My anxiety seems to be affected. I think that being more emotional makes my anxiety worse because I am so, so, so much more sensitive. Things that normally I wouldn't take personally, I am. If my boyfriend doesn't kiss me a certain way, or if someone says something matter-of-fact...I seem to take it personally.

I have a greater tendency to cry.

My period has been delayed. It seems to be struggling to come. It's been a week and I'm starting to spot. I had all the PMS symptoms.

Definitely, the depression and anxiety symptoms I normally experience during PMS seem to be worse this month, and have lasted more days.

And so, it's like I'm a friggen teenager again.....

But I'm willing to adjust to this and accomodate these changes like an adult. I feel I have more tools and mental/emotional control now, at age 25, than I did when I was 15.

I cannot say much about BO other than that I have heard it really does help with breast growth and it is a sure thing, also that it's permanent, not like how if you stop taking PM or BCP you will shrink down to your normal size.

BO is good for tubular breast but if you don't have tubular breast I am pretty sure it will still help with growth.

I've looked into it but am skeptical because it basically puts your body back into puberty and I am so freaked out by that, im not sure if it causes acne but that is not a road I want to travel back down lol

I have a queston though--

you said "I started at a 34B and now, I'm almost a completely full 34C"

did you get that kind of growth just from your massage oil out of olive oil, flaxseed oil, and fennel? or your bountiful breasts cream?

also, if you feel you're estrogen dominant, I think cycling a progesterone cream might work well for you Smile

For an update, I've been taking b.o. for almost a week now...

It's definitely working. I haven't had an increase in measurements, but I've definitely seen an improvement in the fullness of my breasts.

I saw a little growth with the olive oil/flaxseed oil/fennel, but I saw a bit more with the bountiful breasts cream. The problem with the cream was, I had growth for the first few days and then it wouldn't affect my body at all. I build up tolerances to things very quickly and easily (I have a super high tolerance for caffeine). Using the cream wasn't very consistent.

I think cycling a progesterone cream would definitely be a good supplement to b.o.

I'm also fairly sure I have high cortisol and testosterone levels, but I want to avoid taking anti-androgens, because I don't want to throw my hormones even more out of whack by lowering those. I think raising my progesterone and lowering the "bad" estrogen levels will help balance it out nicely.

Honestly, I could tell b.o. was working after the first day of taking it. It hasn't really affected my emotions at all, and I have a bit of acne anyways (very very oily skin runs in my family) and that hasn't gotten any worse. I get growing pains at least once a day, but it isn't overwhelmingly bad. When my breasts were supposed to be developing at about age 12, I never had growing pains in my breasts and they barely grew at all, just very slightly over very long periods of time. It might have been stress in my childhood, I was under a lot of stress until about age 16. Whatever caused it, I don't think my body was producing hormones properly (estrogens/progesterones). My actual body growth hasn't been stunted: My height is normal and I'm not incredibly think, lanky, and I don't look like I'm still a kid (I actually look fairly older than I am). I think the b.o. is really helping to balance out my hormones and give my ovaries a bit just the boost they needed.

I'm planning on cleansing when I notice the growth start to slow down, but so far I haven't built up a tolerance to the b.o. I only bought one bottle, just in case it didn't work, so when it runs out I'll do a cleanse while I wait for more to ship.

I've almost completed filling out my 34C bra now, but I think I actually need a 32C. I likely have been getting a strap size too large, now that I think of it. I have a very small ribcage even though I'm definitely not lightweight. I'm supplementing the b.o. with massage for now, focusing on my right breast, since my left one always grows ahead of my right breast.

I can't remember exactly right now, but I think my measurements were: 31" ribcage, 36" bust, 30" waist, 39" hips, 42" butt.
