Well i know for a fact that if you have an estrogen sensitive cancer, you should NOT be taking PM

Not for those with any estrogen sensitive condition for that matter. I'm not sure what to do about those but there is probably a solution.

Not for those with a high estrogen to progesterone ratio, and they are unlikely to get any results. Though using progesterone cream can correct this and allow you to use PM. Only a hormone test can tell you for sure, but often a high ratio makes you pear shaped. Contrary to myth there aren't any great progesterone herbs, but there are some balancing herbs that may help a little. PM is far stronger and these herbs will *not* let someone with a high ratio use PM. Natural B vitamins (see below) can also balance a little.

Not for those in poor health especially in terms of mood, circulation/spider-veins, acne or cellulite. Natural B vitamins like bran and sunchokes can help mood. Bioflavanoids found in fresh fruit, especially oranges, helps veins/circulation. Bioflavanoids, seafood/fish oil, and egg yolks help cellulite. Fish oil and saw palmetto extract helps acne, even though in the short run fish oil may make it worse.
