So i'm almost out of my PM, maybe like 3-5 more days left and i'll be out of my Ainterol PM bottle - i got it from Amazon.

Anyways, so should I take a PM break???? or should I order another bottle??

Right now, I'm on Progesterone Only Depo Provera bc shot, & multi vits. massaging w/ cocoa butter lotion & Noogling.

Should I add another estrogen, more PM, or just break??
if break, how long???

any advice please! =]]

~ so in about a week i will have ran out of PM.

~ what i want to do is take Saw Palmetto for inhibiting DHT (i know it may reduce estrogen, so i might look into an estrogen cream to use for massage, or if anyone can recommend one, or a good aromtase booster, i'd appreciate it!!)

~take Milk thistle to cleanse my liver

~ start drinking spearmint & green tea
~ take spearmint leaf pill form
~spearmint body/face soap bar.

all from Swanson brand.

if anyone has any recommendations/advice, please feel free!!! I'd love it xoxoxo
