You've already asked this. We are happy to help, but you aren't giving much information.

I do not think those expectations are realistic. However, there are people who have gotten really great results and added many cup sizes by being diligent in their programs.

What massages do you do? How much do you weigh? What is your height? What is your diet like?

I think you cant grow so much from massage you are not that young maybe possible if you were still growing like age 12-16 but not now the most i would guess you could gain from only massage at your age a b cup maybe with pumping you could get dds but it would take a long time maybe 2-3 years.
It seems it would be much more effective to add glandular supplements since you are starting so small possibly herbs could help too.
Dont give up just realise you need more than massage for your goals.
