Whoever wrote that weight piece should be SHOT!! Diet drinks of ANY kind or bad for you!! They DON'T help you lose weight, they help you GAIN it, and, besides, they're all packed with aspartame, which is VERY bad for you!!!! On top of that, I've know a LOT of overweight people that drink diet pop and NONE of them have dropped so much as a pound in the past 20-some years!!
It also says getting just one more hour of sleep a night helps you drop weight. The past month, I've been getting at least another 4 to 6 hours of sleep a night and I haven't lost any weight at all!! I've also cut WAY down on my sugar in the past month!!
