Hey all.
I'm currently trying to juggle weight loss and boogie growth at the same time and I would like some help from the scientifically inclined (:
What I'm taking:
DIM, MACA, SPEAR MINT TEA
what I'm doing :
Noogleberry 1-2hr daily
What I'd like to add:
Mind and muscles T2 formula
Mind and muscle : wyked fat burner
My breasts are: constricted, my biology hints towards
Dcup or greater (when looking at everyone but my 2 cousins with pcos)
Will either of these two supplements negatively impact the homeostasis of my hormones?
How about if I added BO, which I plan to?
Any tips or warnings are appreciated.
