So, I am worried, ugh...
Phytoestrogens, especially lignans are actually competing against our own estrogen!
My diet is rich with them, aghhh.A slice of pumpernickel, sesame paste, spices, tons of fruit and veggies, nuts, buckwheat... -_-
I can't live without them, noooo!
They are easilly flushed out though, I started taking maca to increase my true hormones.
But for those who have a lazy estrogen, isoflavones might work best as they are stronger than lignans.
I personally have all hormones pretty low,and not so low testosterone, even premenopausal women have higher levels than me. -_-
