Hey everyone I'm new here. I want to start NBE but I'm. I don't know if I can do it with fibrocystic breast. Should I try and shrink them first with supplements then NBE? Or try at the same time? Are there any NBE methods that can also help with fibrocystic?

Fibrocystic breasts are extremely common. I was reading about it last night because my small side seems particularly fibrous. I'm not sure what yours is like or what "shrinking" them would entail.
Personally, I'm just massaging and noogling and not really worrying about it. I feel like massaging may actually help soften the tissue, but I do have that seedy/grainy feeling under my skin in the upper breast area still.
Here is a pretty good article about it. It looks like many of the natural remedies they recommend are things women here use for NBE. So, you certainly can be working on both at the same time. http://www.health911.com/fibrocystic-breasts
It sounds like estrogen dominance causes this condition. Makes me think I should get a hormone panel done because I am at high risk for breast cancer, anyway.
