Hi there. I'm a newbie to this site so be patient with me!
I read Flat2fab and it says if using PM only use it for the first 15 days of your menstrual cycle.
I bought PM pills and cream from St. Herb.
Should I only use the cream for the first 15 days as well or can I use it everyday?
Also, the book said not to use it with other herbs. But if I'm using herbs like fenugreek etc. can I use the Pm cream?
