Estrogen receptors of: ER-α (alpha), prolactin receptor, and progesterone receptor are in mammary glands.
Agonist hormones activate those three estrogen receptors, and (usually) cause cell proliferation. It is uncertain what the function of herbs known for weight loss, that have agonists, do. Androgenic hormones are antagonists (against) to those.
ER-β (estrogen receptor-beta) is not generally in breast tissue.
