Reshape boobs (bra fitting)

Put your left hand covering your left breast and your right hand covering your right breast. With moderate pressure start rotating inwards towards your cleavage. Take caution not go the other way, as this action will downsize your breasts. Do this 50 times on each of the breasts.
This massage encourages blood flows around your breasts. Note that your breasts will feel slightly warm after this step.

Lift up your right breasts with your right hand and use your left hand to move in a spiral movement on top of your breast rotating it outward away from your nipple. Vice versa. Do this 25 times on each of the breast.
This massage encourages the top of your breasts to become fuller.

Use both hands to push the side right of your breasts directly under your armpit, and bring all the flesh to the centre of your breast where the nipple is located. Vice versa. Do this 30 times on each of the breast.
This way it will ensure the flesh and skin that belongs to the breasts that has move to other area overtime to come back to its position.


hold the left side of wire with your left hand, so it won't move when you adjust your breast. Then put your right hand into the lfet cup and keep reaching as far as you can go to your back. push the fat on the back all the way into your left cup (remember left hand does not let go, keep secure the wire in place), then take out your right hand. vice versa for the right side of your breast. you can see your boobs look a lot bigger already. Use this method all the time, adjust your fat into your bra everytime you go to bathrooms. That way you can reshape your fat into your boobs. I do this at least 20 times a day


Place your three longer fingers starting from the nipple then gently pushing it downward. Move your fingers slowly and refrain from putting too much pressure on it.
While cupping your breast, gently push it back then lift it.
Twirl your breast using both hands and move it clockwise then counter-clockwise. Make sure that when you move your hands, your breast twirls with it.
Place your palms over your bust, keeping your areola uncovered. Then slide down your palms but make sure not to move your nipples since that can spoil its shape.
In order for it to be effective, make sure you perform the following steps everyday. However, don’t expect considerable growth immediately since it will take some time before you see the results. Just be patient and your breasts will grow naturally.

Form a fist with your hands and then use your knuckle to rotate around your breasts area where the mammary gland is located. You can feel the gland behind the nipple. Rotate inwards to the centre of your chest as shown by the arrow. Do this 30 times for each breast.

*The pressure of your knuckle will go over the glands creating a ‘wake up’ call for your breasts gland.*

Position your fingers on your breasts and ‘claw’ from your outer breasts towards your nipples while applying a little pressure. Do this 30 times for each breast.
The pressure from your fingers will increase blood flow to your breasts, feeding it to encourage growth.


Use your palm and give a medium pressure slap on the area of your breasts that are marked with “X” on the picture then once your palm hit your breasts follow with a medium pressure squeeze. Do this 30 times.
It helps to give a rush of blood into your mammary gland.


Squeeze breasts 10 times after taking off bra (hold up breasts and squeeze together like you are pretending you have cleavage)

Final, I grab (squeeze) boobs 10 times after I take off my bra for them to "relex", so they can "remember" to grow when I sleep. This is how I "squeeze" them. Right and for right boob, left for left. put your palm around the bottom of your boobs, your whole hand cover as much as they can of your boobs, then push them up and to the center to make a cleavage, then squezze them with fingertips.

Okay, but, you're 15, what makes you think this stuff is what's making them grow? They'll be growing naturally without any help for the next 6 years, or so.

Well my mum is the same size that I am now. All relatives are small. And I've been on and off with doing some of this stuff. I've done countless hours on research looking for something that would be safe for a teen and not mess with my hormones. I'm a bit iffy on the rockmelon ringtone. Any people say its a no go?

It's a proven fact that women mature better and somewhat faster now than any previous generations have. I would still give it at least 4 yrs w/out messing with things.

My daughter had somewhat of the same worries at 14. She was like 34 a..... 2yrs later, she was 36d...... she only gain about 4 inch's in height and only about 10 pounds....... You could end up with more than you hoped or dreamed of with out any messing around.

And I added my age so people would realize this could also be just growing but also realize this is playing a part in it if it crazy grows.

The size of your relatives has next to nothing to do with your size. My grandmother and 3 of her 4 daughters had HUGE tits, but mom only got as big as B cups!!

Okay how is meditating and send goo messages to your boobs to your breasts to feel better about yourself "risky" or massaging "risky" or eating healthy foods "risky" at least I'm not noogling. I'm not taking herbs. I'm not taking hormones or anything!! I'm doing something completely natural. Something I'm lookin into very hard seeing if it releases hormones that could lead to issues. I am a AA I look like a living triangle. Im going to "mess with" this stuff. Ill stay away from the rockmelon. But I've heard plenty of teens use it.

Look this is pretty harmless. I don't know any bad side effects. And I've looked into it A LOT. i knew this would happen but no amount of you talking is going to change my mind.
