Is it effective to use Maca and Saw Palmetto together?

I'm currently just on maca cause nothing so far has worked even a little, and I have some leftover SP. Is the anti-androgen quality of SP going to be diminished with Maca since it balances hormones overall? Help please!

Not sure, but I doubt it because many others take maca with other herbs as well..
