Hi I just have a quick question for everyone who's more experienced in this than I am! I know I shouldn't expect quick results, but I'm curious as to know how/when fenugreek starts working? I take 2 610mg pills three times a day and add six drops of red clover (organic alcohol in extract) drops to my lotion and massage twice a day. It's been four days so far and I haven't experienced any sort of soreness or tenderness or anything. How should I know when I should try something different?
I'm considering taking PM instead, but I don't want to waste the clover and fenugreek. I've been on birth control for the past three years and definitely grew when I first started bc, but then lost weight and lost breast size as well. I'm a 5'1" asian girl with a 32A/B, very much depending on the bra.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I'd wait at least a month before deciding that something's not working. Standard is more like three months and I would recommend six months in case you're a slow responder.

Does it matter what kind of fenugreek and red clover I'm taking? I'm taking Vitamin Shoppe Fenugreek Seed capsules.

Hey! i would personally use Naturedays products for herbs! if the herbs don's eem to work try PM through purafem! Also if you want more herbs look under nature days product and they have TONS of amazing products (found NatureDays through amazon) and i would wait a month or so to really see if anything is working. Also to help enhancement try massaging with wild Yam extract! Fennel also works great with Fenugreek!

Adding some fenugreek to your massage will help. You also can get better herbs at Greenbush.net I used their enhancement blend. It has capsules and extract with no alcohol for massage. They also say to increase your doses if you aren't seeing anything after a week or two. Hope this helps.
