Got my Noogleberry yesterday! I used it for 15 minutes last night. I pumped up my breasts and left them inflated for the whole 15 minutes. Is this what I'm supposed to be doing? I noticed it said on the instructions that you should use up to 45 minutes daily in the beginning. Confused!

Most people use it one to two hours a day... either keeping them on for the whole time or doing 7 minutes on and 2 minutes off and massaging in between... personally I use mine 3 or 4 times a day for 30 to 45 minutes per session... you need to fit it into your schedule....
