I took Nature's Answer, Pueraria Mirifica for about two months. I started developing skin rashes on my thighs. After careful investigation I found out it is due to the extra amount of vitamin B12 in Nature's Answer, Pueraria Mirifica. It is around 8333% of recommended daily allowance!!! That is about 83 times!!! Why they put so much vitamin B12 in I do not know. Also I found out that there are other ingredients in it. The best place to find the amount of other ingredients in it is from Iherb.com:
http://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Answer-Pue...Caps/23374. Then I found Ainterol PM which is pure PM and no added ingredients. I was on it for about 10 months and I took 1 to 2 caps per day with no side effect. Oh, by the way my rashes did stop after a week after I stopped taking Nature's Answer, Pueraria Mirifica. I must mention that I have a very sensitive, soft and clear skin, so I am sure that made me more susceptible to the B12 excess. I did not develop any skin problem during my puberty. I just went from a very smooth child face to an adult face with a smooth face. My point is if your skin is not sensitive like mine, you might not develop skin rashes like me, but I am sure 8333% of RDA B12 is not good for you and will hurt your liver. Nothing in nature is good if it is consumed in excess. By the way I am not on Ainterol PM either now, and I am taking PM powder about half small tea spoon per day now. I hope this helps everyone. POM

My bottle of PM says

Puerira Mirifica : 100 mg
Vitamin b12 : 500 mcg (which is equivalent to 0.5 mg! not even close to 1 mg)

a higher percentage doesn't always mean a higher dose..

max of RDA B12 is 2.8 mcg for adult.

I was looking into natures way but the high percentage of Vitamin B turned me off it. I don't know why anybody would need that amount and especially if you're not as big as the average adult.

actually i just read the website and it says that there is no limit on b12, but the minimum is like you said.

anyway, if you have been experiencing side effects , i suggest you do not take it anymore, just to remain at the safe side

RDA and RDI are obsolete, they are the minimum needed for health, but RDI is still on nutrition labels. DRI (Dietary Reference Intake), ODI (optimum daily intake) and one from UK are the modern ones. UL is the upper limit, which aren't to be passed. The upper limit of Vitamin B12 is undetermined. http://fnic.nal.usda.gov/dietary-guidanc...dri-tables

I just saw your pic with a corset. I like your small waist. I mentioned in my thread about corset training, see below if interested, post #38:

percentage means EXACTLY the dosage compared to RDA (REcommenden Daily Allowance) in percent. 100% would be exactly what you need, everything above is more than you actually need, so 8333% of RDA B12 means really 83 times more than the RDA..higher percentage means exactly higher dose..

Does anyone take Ainterol without cycling, they don't talk about cycling on the homepage, they say 1-2 Pills a day
