* Fasting (water fast or juice fasting, which is even more healthy). Duration: Minimum of three days. Your body starts to flush out toxins on day three only. You can fast five, seven or ten days or even longer if you want (visit your doctor if you plan to fast longer than 7 days). Important: DRINK LOTS OF WATER and herbal teas. Not less than 3 liters per day. I made a 6 day juice fast and drank 2-3 liters of juice PLUS at least 3 liters of water / tea every day.
